Update

My grandma emailed me to say that I will be staying at Buccaneer Beach in Oceanside. And I need to stop talking shit about her on the internet. No, I kid. She hasn't even read the blog yet. We have a great relationship as well. Not at all like Rose McGowan and her grandmother in the Lifetime Movie classic, Devil in the Flesh. Which means we don't beat each other with her cane and I haven't killed her dog or anything.

Right now I'm making coffee. Exciting. Especially since I've just learned how to make coffee. Part of the whole cutting the cord and moving out into the world thing.

So, back to the main purpose of this blog. I'll be in San Diego from the 2nd-19th, then up to LA for some time.

My First Blog

Boy, this is exciting. My very first blog post.

I started this blog in an attempt to keep in touch with everyone and to tell stories about my life on the road. I'll try to be honest, but if I start to feel like my life isn't blog-worthy, I'm going to start making things up. I might even compliment the wild lies with some terribly photo shopped pics of me and celebrities.

Currently, I'm still in Monroe, NY. I'm taking off on Monday, Feb 2nd for San Diego (which loosely translates into "whale's vagina".) There I will be hunting giraffes and hanging out with my grandparents. All of which will be incredibly blog-worthy. If not, I always having lying to fall back on.

As it was established at dinner last night, I have no idea which part of San Diego I will be staying in. The two clues I have are:

1. It's near a beach
2. It's near a military base

To some those clues might add up to a location. To me they just mean I can watch marines jogging on the beach with my grandmother every morning.

That's all for now. I hope this isn't too boring. Here's a picture of Uncle Traveling Matt from the Fraggles for those that don't get the reference in the blog title.

Up Next: Pictures of marines on the beach with dirty commentary from my grandma.
